Engineered for exceptional durability and maintenance-free performance, this 12" traffic signal head is made with injection-molded, UV-stabilized, pre-colored opaque polycarbonate. This material ensures the signal will never need painting.

Robust & Aerodynamic Housing: The housing features a wall thickness that varies from .160" on the body to .175" at the top and bottom. Extensive internal ribbing provides superior stiffness and strength, while the aerodynamic shape is wind-resistant. Each one-piece unit is serrated in 5° increments, allowing them to be fastened together to form multi-section signals.

Secure Access & Hardware: The door is secured by two stainless steel captive eyebolts and wingnuts, providing access to the inside of the housing. The hinge pins are also stainless steel, and all screw holes feature ultrasonically inserted 10-32 brass inserts.

Versatile Visor Options: The removable, twist-on visor is secured to the door with stainless steel hardware. Available visor styles include Cap, Tunnel, and Full Circle.

Mounting Ease: Achieve positive positioning and locking through the use of serrated fittings, mast arm brackets, or span wire mounts.
- Wiring Connections: A 4-position terminal block comes pre-installed in the middle section.

This Traffic Signal Head is Made in the USA and designed to meet the standards of the ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers) and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
Available as an empty signal head (with necessary LED tabs and terminal strip pre-installed) or with 120-volt AC LED's installed per your requirements. We use Genuine GE GTX LED modules. Mounting hardware (span wire hanger, side-of-pole mounts, closure cap, backplates, etc) are not included and sold separately — see our Traffic Signal Hardware for mounting solutions to fit your installation needs.
