This listing is for 3M 4000 Series Diamond Grade DG3 sheeting sold by the yard (3ft) up to 50 yards (150ft). If you need 50 yards or more, please see our other listing (click here) for full rolls.

NOTE: Each quantity of 1 = 1 yard. For example, if you order a quantity of 10, you will receive a solid length of 10 yards of material on a roll core.

3M™ DG3 Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 is the most efficient retroreflective prism design currently available from 3M and is designed to be used on vertical traffic signs and delineators. This film is an effective, wide-angle reflective, regardless of its orientation on the substrate or the ultimate orientation of the sign after installation. This helps return light to drivers from a variety of different viewing geometries.
  • 22 mil Diamond Grade DG3 Reflective Sheeting
  • Super-high efficiency, full cube retroreflective
  • Higher luminance values improve safety
  • 12 year durability
  • Meets ASTM D4956 Type XI specifications
*Prismatic sheeting manufacturing results in lines being present in the product

There may be a short lead time (usually only 2-4 days) on 4081, 4083 and 4084 sheeting. Please call to check current stock before ordering if you need those colors in a hurry.

Shipping Note: 48" wide sheeting will incur higher shipping costs than smaller widths due to what UPS considers an "oversize" package (anything larger than 48" on any dimension).
We do not currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Our Traffic Sign Standards

Why settle for flimsy, non-reflective signs that fade after a single season? Our signs are made to the same rigorous standards as the signs you see on state highways and interstate off-ramps.

    How We Make Better Signs

    • Official 3M™ Matched Component System (MCS™): We don’t take shortcuts. We use 3M’s audited system, where every component—inks, reflective sheeting, and films—is scientifically engineered by 3M to work together. This ensures the highest level of performance, reliability and lifespan available in the industry.
    • Heavy-Duty .080" Aluminum: Most consumer-grade signs use thin .040" or .063" metal. Our signs are made with professional-grade .080" thick aluminum. This is the same heavy-gauge metal used on interstates and highways. It is 100% rust-proof and won't bend or warp, even in high-wind conditions.
    • Standard UV Lamination: Every permanent traffic sign and parking sign we ship is UV laminated. This acts as a "sunscreen" for your sign, protecting it from fading, chemical spills, and abrasion.
    • Graffiti-Resistant: Because of our laminate coating, most graffiti can be wiped away with simple cleaners without destroying the reflective graphics underneath. Don't try that with a screen printed sign—the graffiti and ink will wipe right off!
    • Long-Term Outdoor Life: Because we use the full 3M Matched Component System and 3M UV lamination, our signs are built for the long haul. They are designed to withstand extreme weather—from freezing winters to scorching summers—and are guaranteed to maintain their color and reflectivity for many years to come.

    Proudly Made in Dickson, Tennessee

We don't just ship signs; we make them! Every sign is manufactured right here in our warehouse in Dickson, Tennessee.

    • DOT Quality Standards: We manufacture our signs to the exact same MUTCD and DOT specifications used for city streets, state highways, and interstates. When you buy from us, you are getting the same professional-grade product used by traffic engineers across the country.
    • American Craftsmanship: By keeping our production in-house, we maintain total control over the quality. We use 100% 3M materials to ensure that every sign leaving our Tennessee facility meets the highest standards of safety and durability.
    • Local Support: When you call or email us, you’re talking to the people who actually made your sign—and we're glad to help!
